Police were called to Union Place in the city centre shortly before 4pm on Tuesday, October 15.
The force was alerted to a report of a man found injured in the area.

He was then taken to the Glasgow Royal Infirmary for treatment.
Cops have since launched an investigation into the incident.
In pictures captured by the Glasgow Times, police have been spotted on the scene.
Meanwhile, officers have also taped off the street.
A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: “At 3.55pm on Tuesday, October 15, police were called to a report of a man found injured in Union Place, Glasgow.
“The man has been taken to the Glasgow Royal Infirmary for treatment and enquiries are ongoing into the circumstances of the incident.
