Pictures show how a car crashed into the front of a home and through its front window.
The collision took place in Goldsel Road, Swanley, at around 3.30pm, prompting a response from emergency services.
Police, paramedics and two fire engines were at the scene.
The road was closed for around three hours and Wested Lane was at a standstill.
One witness described the sound of the crash – which involved two vehicles – as “so loud”.
A Kent Fire and Rescue spokesperson said: “KFRS was called to reports of a car crash involving two vehicles, where one collided with a building.
“On arrival, the people involved were out of the vehicles and in the care of SECAmb paramedics.
“The KFRS Technical Rescue team attended the incident to make sure the building was structurally stable, before passing the duty of care to Kent Police.”
