David Wylie, Managing Director of CCG, expressed the company’s enthusiasm for returning to the Gorbals with Pine Place.
“Over the past five years, we have completed several developments for New Gorbals Housing Association, including the final phase of the 30-year Crown Street Regeneration with North Gate, which recently won one of the UK’s most prestigious architectural awards (RIBA National Award 2024).
“The Association should be commended for its commitment to the Gorbals; the ongoing regeneration has been transformative, and I am confident that Pine Place will be another positive addition to the community.
“The homes will be constructed using our advanced methods, ensuring high quality and energy efficiency, providing a warm and comfortable living environment for future residents.
“I look forward to watching the construction progress in the coming months.”
Pine Place has received £6.2m in grant funding from Glasgow City Council and is expected to be completed by summer 2025.
