Sharon Gall was held after heroin and cocaine was found at two properties in Glasgow’s Springburn in 2020 and 2021.
In 2018, the 45 year-old was an important witness in the trial of a man convicted of gunning down her friend Euan “EJ” Johnston in the city’s Kinning Park two years earlier.

Gall sobbed then as she recalled being one of the last people to speak to Johnston before he was executed by killer David Scott.
Gall returned to the High Court in Glasgow only this time in the dock where she was pleaded guilty to being concerned in the supply of heroin.
She had already served two previous jail-terms for drug dealing.
As a result, she faced a minimum seven year sentence at a hearing earlier this week.
Judge Thomas Welsh went on to lock Gall up for a total of eight years.
Co-accused Catherine McCann, 40, had earlier admitted to both heroin and cocaine trafficking.
She was sentenced to 40 months. McCann will be supervised for a further 12 months on her release.
The previous hearing was told how Gall’s boyfriend told the letting agent for his flat in February 2020 that he was going “offshore”.
He asked for all communication to go through his partner “Sharon”.
Rather than leaving the country, Craig Shaw was instead jailed for four years for being caught with £42,000 of heroin in December 2018.
Gall then ended up arrested herself after Shaw was locked up.
Prosecutor Liam Ewing KC said an initial haul of £8,900 was seized at the flat.
He added: “Gall’s DNA was found on items within the property.”
The flat Gall shared with McCann in the same district was also raided.
Heroin and cocaine were found stashed in a garden bin.
Regarding this haul, McCann told police: “It is mine. You will see from the DNA.”
Officers then swooped there again months later.
Heroin was this time found hidden within a sofa as well as a box.

Cash totalling more than £19,000 as well as a mobile phone linked to drug dealing was also seized.
A substance used to bulk out drugs to maximise profits – a caffeine and paracetamol mix known as ‘bash’ – was discovered as well.
Forensic evidence linked Gall to being involved.
Mr Ewing stated the total value of drugs seized was £38,920.
