New signs have appeared at an empty unit on Great Western Road, signaling that Chilo’s Burgers will soon open a West End location, taking over the former One Shot coffee shop. The burger specialists already operate restaurants in Uddingston and Kinning Park in Glasgow.
The sign also indicates that the chain plans to expand to Giffnock and other locations across Scotland.
Chilo’s, established in 2020, offers a casual dining experience focused on quality flavors and all-natural, non-processed food. Their menu features a variety of burgers, steaks, and desserts, with highlights including the King Kong burger, the Mad Angus, and the Big Mama.
