Police swarmed Station Road in Bognor after the fracas broke out this afternoon – with officers set to remain in the area throughout the evening.
Pictures from the scene show emergency service vehicles blocking off the road outside the Crown Bingo hall.

They were called at around 3.30pm to a report of an altercation in the street. A man was arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm and remains in custody.
Officers say the injuries of the two men taken to hospital are not life-threatening.
A spokesman for Sussex Police said: “There will be an increased police presence in the area while the matter is dealt with and to provide reassurance.”
