Plans have been proposed for the construction of seven new homes on Main Road, Southbourne, near Chichester.
The development includes two two-bedroom homes, four three-bedroom houses, and one four-bedroom property, all comprising a mix of detached and semi-detached houses.
Each home is planned to include storage space for bicycles, two designated parking spots equipped with electric vehicle charging points, and a private garden.
Representing Junnell Homes Ltd, Smith Simmons and Partners emphasized an ecological and community-oriented design approach. They stated, “The development aims to meet local housing needs with a variety of dwelling types and sizes, while ensuring high quality and energy efficiency that respects the area’s character.”
Chichester District Council is set to review and decide on the approval of these plans by August 16.
