The signs are up and the storefront has been painted orange.
A large poster in the window reads “100 per cent handmade Korean Big Burger coming soon.”

Aka Korean Barbecue Foods in Grove Road, Eastbourne, had been run by the same people but has now been taken over by new management, The Argus was told.
The owner Chong Sung Choi, who owns the company Korean Kimchi, applied to Brighton and Hove City Council for a kitchen extract ducting system and an illuminated fascia sign at the unit in September 2022.
Plans for both were approved later that year.
Now, work is underway to make the restaurant ready to welcome diners soon.
Hiring for chefs has now ended, but job listings for the role in Brighton said: “AKA restaurant is expanding to UK sharing Korean food.
“Starting with the recognition for K-Pop and K-Drama, Korean food has become ever more popular globally.
“For this exciting journey, we are looking for restaurant staff who can join our journey.”
