Clubhouse Coffee will be opening on February 17 in Tarmount Lane, Shoreham.
The café, which was formerly known as Café Artisan, will be run by new owner 23-year-old Jake Shipton.
Jake, from Brighton, said: “After an extensive refurbishment, which is still ongoing, we’re eager to unveil our revamped space featuring more seating, free wifi, heating and air-con, great tunes, and an open door policy.
“We’re proudly inclusive, welcoming all, including our disabled and LGBT+ community
“Pet owners can expect a warm welcome too with their furry friends being cherished and even featured on Instagram as the ‘dog of the week’, receiving a complimentary puppachino and coffee for humans too.”

The café will be part of Tarmount Studios, a small selection of shops hidden just behind Shoreham town centre.
Some of these independent businesses include Secret Garden Bar and Retrorama Records.
Although the shops are visited frequently, Jake wants to raise awareness of the other local businesses he will be trading alongside.
He told The Argus: “Let’s join hands in supporting local shops, creating a thriving community.
“Many visitors to Shoreham are unaware of Tarmount, where a charming array of independent shops awaits just behind us.
“Whether you’re into records, having a browse around the vintage emporium, pots, prints, or jazz evenings, our wonderful friends have something special for you.
“Your visit to us is an excellent opportunity to explore and support these unique independent stores – we’d be sincerely grateful for your support.
“I’m only 23 and this has been a huge jump for me opening this. So all support would be so so appreciated.”
The new coffee shop will serve a range of food and drinks including a “hearty breakfast menu” and brunch.
Toasties and home-baked treats are also expected to be on the menu.
The café will be open seven days a week from 8.30am to 5pm.
