Bison Beer first opened in East Street in 2015 and opened its North Road site in 2018.
While the East Street store closed in 2019 the company still has a bar and bottle shop in Church Road, Hove, and a beach bar in the Sea Lanes swimming pool complex on Brighton seafront.
The North Road site is set to be re-let to a new company in the near future.
Letting agents Eightfold, advertising the property, told The Argus that the lease had “come to an end”.
