First set up in 2015, Brighton and Hove Sea Serpents have grown from a few members to over 100 people at the club.
The Sea Serpents are the city’s first LGBTQ+ inclusive rugby club and have taken part in international tournaments in Birmingham and Canada.
Proceeds from the nude calendar will go towards a fund to support players joining the team to represent Brighton and the UK at the 2024 Bingham Cup in Rome.
The biennial international non-professional tournament is named after Mark Bingham, an American gay rugby player who is credited with stopping United 93 from crashing into the White House or the US Capitol during the 9/11 terrorist attacks.
Mark died when the plane crashed in Pennsylvania at the age of 31.
The Sea Serpents is also holding a fundraiser at their sponsor bar, Centre Stage in Marine Parade, Brighton, where they will be auctioning off old kit with a variety show.
The event takes place on Thursday, December 7, from 8pm.
