The gentleman, who visits Lambhill cemetery in the city’s North since his wife passed away, decided to do something kind to help others.
In a bid to cheer up fellow visitors during a difficult visit, he built a family of snowmen in the cemetery.
His thoughtful gesture was shared on the community group no1seems2care.
A spokesperson said: “We are told that a gentleman’s wife passed away and he frequently attends Lambhill Cemetery to pay his respect to her.
“He made these snowmen to lighten the spirits of people attending to visit their loved ones today.”
The gesture has been met with praise from the local community, with one person saying it was a “lovely thing to do”.
Another said: “Saw them yesterday what a fab job he did.”
