Worthing Borough Council has had to close the changing places facility opposite the Dome Cinema on the promenade following the latest act of vandalism.
The council said the facility, which is a larger, accessible toilet with specialist access equipment to support those with mobility issues, was vandalised on Tuesday afternoon after being broken into.
It will remain closed until repairs and safety checks have taken place.
The council said this follows a number of incidents in Worthing where public disabled toilets have been vandalised.

The disabled toilets at Worthing Pier and the lido are also closed.
The council said the damage has cost it thousands of pounds in repairs.
A council spokesman said: “While the changing places facility and the disabled loos at Worthing Pier and the lido are temporarily closed for repairs, visitors to the town centre can use the disabled facilities located in the internal toilet blocks opposite the Dome Cinema and at Buckingham Road.
“The latest act of vandalism has been reported to Sussex Police, and we ask that anyone with information regarding the incidents to please report it.”
